Exhibition Costs and Facilities
The VLDB Exhibition is based around a standard exhibit space of 3 metres by 3 metres, or 9 square metres, larger exhibits may be possible with costs subject to individual negotiation. Costs are based on an exhibit being set up on Monday 6th September and broken down on Friday 10th September. There are two levels of cost, based on the facilities provided by the EICC for the exhibit, and these are :

Additional, furniture, telecommunications, catering and flowers can also be arranged through EICC, these arrangements can be made direct once an exhibit has been booked.
