There is no direct way to do this.
We prefer to enter the tables of contents of complete proceedings or volumes of journals. For us this is a more productive use of our very limited resources. Entering scattered bibliographic records is much more time consuming. For DBLP users this policy makes the bibliography more predicable.
There is no public HTML form to enter bibliographic records because there would be too much misuse.
You may "vote" for a journal or proceedings: Often we are not aware of important publications, your feedback is very welcome. If you are able to provide substantial input, it is very likely that it is entered very soon into DBLP. Please read the next page, too.
