• The registration fees to main conference include accesses to all sessions (excluding the workshops of the 5-day main conference), lunches, coffee breaks, banquet, and evening entertainments.
• Registration for workshops includes accesses to all workshop sessions, lunches on workshop days, coffee breaks during the workshops. It does not include registration or attendance to the main conference or the social events.
• Additional coupons for banquets and evening events can be purchased at the registration counter on-site.

Payments can only be made in Euro.
Payment should preferably be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express).
When paying by bank transfer, bank charges are the sender's responsibility. The family name and the ID number of the delegate must be used as reference.
Cheques are not accepted.

All cancellation requests must be received in writing to vldb17@interplan.de.

• Conference registration cancellation is subjected to administrative service fee of 30 Euro.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after Friday, May 26, 2017.
• Refunds will be processed within 2 to 3 weeks after the date of cancellation.

All efforts will be made to adhere to the programme as printed. However, the Congress Organisation reserve the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly to the Meeting, for any case beyond their reasonable control. The Congress Organisation are not liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such changes.

Data protection and sharing of contact details

The Congress Organisation will collect and store all personal data only for the preparation and execution of the VLDB Conference in Munich. Your data will not be passed on to any third party who is not involved in the organisation of this Congress.
