VLDB 2024: Information for Poster Presenters

1. Poster Requirement: All papers are required to be presented as a poster.

2. Schedule: Poster sessions are scheduled on Aug 27，28，29 in the afternoon. All papers presented orally on a given day will also present their poster during that day’s poster session. The posters of journal articles will be posted on Aug 29.

3. Poster Size:Poster size is A0 (0.84m x 1.19m) (33.1 in x 46.8 in) (portrait orientation only).

4. Presenter’s Responsibility:Each poster presenter is responsible for printing, bringing their own poster and removing their poster at the end of their session.

5. Session Assignment:Please check the Poster Sessions page for your assigned session. (To be announced)

6. Display and Removal:The posters can be displayed on the day of the assigned session and must be removed at the end of your poster presentation by 19:30.

7. Poster Identification:Each poster will be assigned a number, which is used to identify its poster board.

8. Poster Board Size:8.1m*2m Double-sided.
