How do I get to the VLDB 2024?

You can easily take a taxi or metro from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport to the Landham Palace.
1.1 By Metro
There are two metro transfers you need to make when traveling from the airport to Canton Fair Complex. The first is at Tiyu Xi Station, and the second is at Kecun Station. You can find all the information you need on the Guangzhou Metro official website.
Line 3 (North extended line) Jichang Nan Station --Tiyu Xi Station
transfer to -> Line 3 Tiyu Xi Station ---Kecun Station
transfer to -> Line 8 Kecun Station--Xingang Dong Station
1.2 By Taxi
You can take a taxi to the Landham Palace Hotel (广州南丰朗豪酒店 in Chinese). The taxi fee is 2.6 RMB/km. If the distance is more than 35 km, there will be 50% additional fee.
Total Fare: About 150-180 CNY (25-30 USD)
Duration: about 60 minutes.

Follow the Bus sign.
Then follow the sign Bus (Tour & Hotel)
Terminal 1A: Gate 12 (Group tour bus stops 团体旅游巴士)
Terminal 1B: Gate 10 (Group tour bus stops 团体旅游巴士)
Option 2: Hong Kong International Airport (HKG) is also a good option
From Hong Kong International Airport to Guangzhou, you can travel by air, by train, by bus, or by ferry.
2.1 Bus
Schedule: about every 20 minutes from 8:00 to 21:00
Duration: about 3-4 hours
Bus tickets can be purchased upon arrival.
You can get off the bus at Guangzhou downtown, and then take a taxi to the Landham Palace Hotel (广州南丰朗豪酒店).

2.2 Train
You can take a Taxi or Metro to Hong Kong West Kowloon Station, and then go to Guangzhou Nan Station by train.
Duration: About 40-60 minutes
Schedule: Every 10-20 minutes from 7:30 am to 22:24 pm
Once arrived at Guangzhou Nan Station, you can take a taxi to the Landham Palace Hotel (广州南丰朗豪酒店).

2.3 By Ferry
